You were invited. You were dragged in. You were told this was your last chance. You weren't given another choice. This was the only choice.

One day an innocuous piece of parchment appears in front of you. You pick it up and read the letters it contains (somehow in your native tongue, no matter where or when you are from), and it's an invitation. An invitation to a school you have never heard of. Disney Academy? Some may accept the letter immediately-- others may throw it away and think nothing more of it.

At least, they will until the darkness starts to close in. First it's only at the peripheries of your vision. Blinking in and out of sight like a shadow. And suddenly landscapes, people, even memories become hazy. Aquaintances, friends, family, all begin to forget you. It's almost as if your life has been a lie--

And then you wake up in a small room, a schedule on a desk, uniforms piled neatly beside you, an invitation firmly in your hand-- and a welcoming letter from the Headmaster, Mickey Mouse.

Well. Disney is the place where dreams come true, right?
Welcome to Disney Academy, the setting seems normal enough. A large boarding school nestled among forests and mountains. Quite cozy and down-right quaint. However, that view may come to change very quickly once your character realizes what they’re up against.

They’ve been unknowingly recruited in a battle, one which really hasn’t been explained to them. The headmaster, a gigantic mouse, has insisted you are part of it. And not just you, but your entire world, your entire reality. Something is eating everything, it eats at the edges of the very world you’re in. They call it the Black Mist, Strangelings. And it doesn’t seem that the Headmaster, nor anyone else that’s stuck there with them knows much else about them.

They’re fear mongers, and everyone is gathered to try and defeat them.

Good and evil; Wicked and kind; All have been gathered to learn and try to defeat this darkness which eats and eats.

Disney Academy is a Horror panfandom* RP. A darker reboot of the previous game. Fears will be exposed, characters will be tested. It's current in game plot is set to run for one year.
*Disney/disney-esque applications will be accepted for the entirety of the run, the pan fandom part will be come a part of the plot about a month in. And there will only be limited app windows for non-disney characters. We will, tentatively, be accepting disneyacademy!AU's/multiple versions of characters from different canons/OCs
